At SWAGGA, we want you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy:

Christmas Returns Policy

At SWAGGA LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us which includes purchases made during the festive period. Any Christmas gift purchases made from SWAGGA LTD during November and December may be returned until 31st December subject to the normal terms and conditions listed below.

Standard Returns Policy

If you would like to return your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt and enclose a copy of your original invoice along with a completed SWAGGA LTD returns form (which is enclose with every order). On receipt of the returned items, we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card with a full refund (excluding your original delivery charge). Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account.

Please return all goods in their original unworn condition and with all packaging and tags etc intact. Ensure that you do not try on the garment in a smoky environment or wear deodorant or aftershave which may leave scent or marks on the garment.

  • We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery and ensure suitability and fit before removing any attached tags.
  • For hygiene reasons underwear and swimwear is strictly non returnable.
  • For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by SWAGGA LTD.

Please note that customers are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty.

Exchanges

If an exchange is required, simply return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt and enclose a copy of your original invoice along with a completed SWAGGA returns form (which is enclose with every order) stating which item/colour/size you require for the exchange.

Please return all goods in their original unworn condition and with all packaging and tags etc intact. Ensure that you do not try on the garment in a smoky environment or wear deodorant or aftershave which may leave scent or marks on the garment.

As soon as the item(s) are returned and received back by SWAGGA LTD, we will process the exchange as soon as possible. Please note that any increase in price will need to be paid for by the customer before the replacement item can be despatched. If the value of the exchanged goods is lower, the difference will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Please return all goods in their original condition and packaging with all tags etc intact, as we cannot exchange used goods. Please see 'Returns' section above for specific conditions.

Cancelling an Item

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order.

To cancel your order, please confirm the cancellation in writing via email to returns@swaggauk.com within 7 days your or within 7days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your cancellation request.

If your order has already been despatched, please follow the returns procedure above.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by SWAGGA LTD.

This Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
